This feature allows user to generate an image for an item and easily save that image to the item.
Coming soon…generate an image for a category and save to the category.
To use this new AI feature, navigate to the items and inventory homepage. In this example, we are starting from the classic homepage.
Click on all items or if you want to just see one item, type that into the search field.
Scroll down to the item you wish to add an image to. Click on full. **You can also click on the left of the item on the icon with a line through it that represents photo.
Click on the tab for gallery.
You will see there are no images in the gallery. Click on add photos.
Click on the arrows to the left of AI- Generate photo options.
It will automatically fill in the field with the name of the item you are looking for. Click generate image.
If it doesn’t create an image you like, change the wording in the field to create a new result. In this case, the image is perfect for the inventory item.
Right click on the image to save it.
Now scroll down to the existing add photo section for items. Click choose file.
Navigate to the folder where you saved the image and click add photo.
Now the photo is attached to the inventory item. Here is a preview. Click on view gallery.
Now you can see that the image is in the photo gallery for the item.
