You can now accept gift cards in one store even if that gift card was purchases in another store. In order to link your stores together, navigate to the special account transactions page. Click on the link for manage special accounts.
Click on the link for ‘edit rules’ in the gift card account.
Click on the link for ‘cross-corp gift card redemption.’
In the value field enter the corp id for the store you are logged into, then a comma, then the corp id for the store you want to connect with. You can add as many corps as needed to the list. You must set this in each corp in order for there to be a two way connection.
