API provides 3rd Party companies a secure method of pulling and pushing data into the adilas platform.

Features, Advantages and Benefits:

- Allows other software solutions to provide their services independently.
- Adilas clients work directly with the 3rd Party on contracts and payment.
- Adilas clients have control, turning on or off the solution.
- 3rd Party solutions are exposed to all adilas clients.
- 3rd Party solutions can use existing API sockets or adilas developers will open new connections.

Getting Started:

1. Request 3rd Party approval at support@adilas.biz
2. Request must contain a brief summary of company history and service/solution provided.

Approved requests will be invoiced $3500. This fee includes adding the service to the 3rd Party Solutions page, adding the companies advertising to the adilas market and providing a personal developer to help connect. Total developer time included is 10 hours, billable afterwards at $100 per hour.

Additionally, you authorize them to turn on the setting, “Show Corp on Web.” This allows them to gather the necessary data from your inventory. With your consent, Upstate accesses your data for three reasons:

To verify patient licenses with your customer database, limiting access to your legitimate customers.
To keep online inventory levels up to date, ensuring no overselling of unavailable or out of stock product.
To insert online orders as Quotes in your system, reserving stock and preparing the purchase for your staff to fulfill.

We will also notify Upstate Supply and Logistics of these new settings and values. If you wish to change the username, password, or assignment options after they are setup (meaning changing the system generated defaults), you may do so, but you will be required to let Upstate Supply and Logistics know what the changes are.
