I only spent time with David on a few occasions, but no matter whether it was work related or social, he always had a big smile on and kind, friendly words to share. He is greatly missed. ~Cory Warden, co-worker and friend
To all the Berkenkotters,
Beau and I were incredibly saddened when we heard the news that David had gone home. Words cannot fully grasp the wonderful person he was and the ways he touched everyone’s lives. He was a best friend to Beau’s mom Shari, a buddy cleaning trailers with Beau, and so much to many others.
To Steve – your brother was an awesome man and we are blessed to have you and everyone as a small part of our extended family.
To Hayden – where to begin young man. You are a part of our family in more than one way. Beau has known you since you were very small and I am blessed that my sister has a man as wonderful as you by her side. Your dad raised you to be that young man and he would be so proud of you! He will always be watching out for you and smiling. Please if you ever need dinner or just to talk, you know where we live.
Our prayers and love to you all during this time.
Just so that everybody knows… if you like the adilas quick search feature… that was David’s idea. We used to have to go to the classic homepage to do a quick search (what we had at the time). That was the only place that it existed. One day he said, I wish I could have that same search on every page… A couple of weeks later, the adilas quick search as you know it came into being. That and many more ideas and thoughts came from master David. Thanks David! – Brandon Moore, one of the many founders
Wow! I am so sorry for your loss. David came into my life only one time when he came down to Texas with Steve and Brandon to set up Adilas for or company ten years ago. He was a great asset and very helpful but more importantly extremely patient. It is very true what others say he had an addictive smile and a very warm spirit. Wish I knew him better.
My prayers go out to the family. Peace and Grace to all.
Very sorry for your loss. I’ve only had a little email correspondence with David, but he was always very nice and professional. I’ll pray for your family.
Condolences from Trailer Solutions. We have had little communication with David but he was always very prompt and pleasant when we did. Prayers for the family .
Our prayers for your family Steve. and for David’s family. We know what a huge loss this was in so many ways.
You all are in our thoughts and hearts
