Finally a solution has been sleuthed out by Renee Grossman on how to use Chrome and print in adilas- thank you Renee for your time!
**Please note that these steps worked in Windows 10, BUT NOT for all operating systems. Also note that adilas is currently developing printing functionality within the software platform, so we will no longer be dependent on browser/hardware/software compatibility issues.
For POS labels to print properly:
- Go to Chrome Settings
- Select Advanced
- Select Site Settings
- Select PDF documents
- Turn On “Download PDF files….”
- Create POS label
- Open label in Adobe
- Select Print
- Check the box for “Choose paper source by pdf size”
For Barcode labels to print properly:
- Go to Control Panels
- Select Devices and Printers
- Right click Dymo printer
- Select Printer Properties
- Select Advanced Tab
- Select Printing Defaults
- Under Paper Size, select 30330 Return Address
- Go back to Control Panels
- Hover over Dymo Printer
- Select Print Server Properties at the top of the page
- Select Change Form Settings
- Scroll down to 30330 Return Address
- Change the Height to 2.02in
For Receipts to print properly:
- When a Receipt pops up
- Select Print
- In Print Preferences, Select Margins to be Minimum
