If you need to transfer multiple inventory items from one location to another, this bulk tool is super helpful.
Start a transfer shopping cart.
Designate your from and to locations.
Instead of adding items directly into the cart, navigate to the invoice homepage. Click on more options, and then bulk transfer items.
You can choose a vendor or leave it as all. Choose your from location and select a category. You can also decide between sub or parent inventory, depending on what you are transferring and how your system is set up. Click generate transfer selection list.
Add in the quantities in the blank fields for the items you wish to transfer. Once you have added in the quantities, click add on one of the items. This will all of of the items with quantities to add to the shopping cart. **If the item does not have enough quantity you will get an error.
Now all of the items are in the cart ready to be transferred.
Proceed to the payment page as usual.
Create invoice to finish the transfer.
