If you are currently experiencing slowness and delays while using your Adilas system, please know that we are aware of the issue and working closely with Hostek to resolve it.
The error is upstream of our server farm’s data center. When the outage occurred, Hostek switched to their backup connection which caused a brief outage around 11 am. They are currently running on backup, which could be slower than the main connection.
Once they have determined that their main connection is stable, they will switch back, which may cause another blip or brief outage. However, after progress is made, everything should be back up to regular speed.
