The fulfillment homepage can be used for both in store or online sales or orders (aka quotes). To set up how this page works, click on the icon for the chooser page.

Type in fulfill to take you directly to the fulfillment page option. If your role in the business is to fulfill orders, then you can set the fulfillment page as your default. Otherwise, click view and submit.

To access the settings, click on the question mark on the right side of the page. Then click on settings, and then fulfillment center settings.

You can decide what kind of transaction shows up on the page. Orders aka quotes, normal invoices, reserve invoices, or all invoices. Currently you must choose between quotes and invoices.
Other choices to show or hide include: Customer first name, last name, salesperson, item description, vendor, and unit of measurement.
You can decide how often the page refreshes, how many sales days you wish to look back (0 means today’s sales only) and if you want a beep notification that you have a new order or sale to fulfill. Click submit once you have the setup you desire.

Now your invoices will show up on the fulfillment page.
The green ‘play’ arrow starts the fulfilling of the order. You must click on that in order to initiate the movement of the order. Until you click on the arrow, the status is ‘waiting.’ The print and complete icons are also disabled until you click play.

Now the green is gone on the play icon and the status is ‘packaged by,’ which means it is in progress and will show whoever the salesperson is.

Once you click ‘play’ then you can click on print to print out a checklist of items that can be manually checked. You can also check the items with your keyboard and then print.

Once the order has been fulfilled, click on the final icon for ‘Complete Order’ to show it has been completed and it will leave the screen. As you can see below, there are now two orders/invoices left to fulfill.

**Please note, you can click on the green play icon and then immediately click on the complete order icon to move on to the next order. The print step is an extra option and not required.
If you choose to use the quote/order settings, your orders from online or in store will show up as before, but the icons are different.

The print icon works as before, as seen below, and is an option depending on your workflow.

You can cancel the order with the second icon. When you click it, it will take you to another screen to confirm you wish to cancel, or you can reactivate.

Finally, there is restore to cart, so that the quote or order becomes an actual sale.
