Yesterday, Metrc experienced server connectivity issues that caused some errors within the Adilas shopping cart. We have made the below changes to our functionality in order to better serve our clients if this happens again.
If Metrc is running properly, our new Patient Lookup and Gram Controller will function within the shopping cart just as it is supposed to.
If Metrc is not operating properly, our shopping cart will display the below error and revert to the old gram control, however, you will still be able to proceed with sales. If you scroll past the error message, the shopping cart will be available. (PLEASE NOTE: it is up to our clients to make the decision on whether or not to continue making sales. Manual calculations and lookup of the patient will need to be completed by the user.)
