This may not come officially from Adilas, but if truth be known... We are idea farmers. We harvest the ideas of our clients, customers, users, and internal team. We love to push things to the next level.

There isn't enough room to go into these topics in-depth but here are two things that we are actively striving to build and work on. 1. Business World Building. 2. Data Assembly Line For Businesses.

Running a business requires troubleshooting problems when they arise and addressing needs that have not yet been met.

Luckily, it's easy to identify issues when they arise because Adilas gives you such a big picture view of your business happenings that you can see a discrepancy immediately after it occurs. By default, you get the whole toolset. If you need custom, we do that as well. Our clients can come to us with features they want, and we will do our best to design and integrate a new process to fill the need.

As our code is adapted and changed to the needs of our customers, functionality improves across the whole platform for every user. Chances are that if one business is having an issue, another business may have similar struggles, and one solution or settings may solve both problems. We tend to build with that type of mental focus - build once, use many.

In this instance, MVP stands for minimal viable product, which is somewhat of a base model. Adilas has been an operating web application for over 20+ years. We love implementing customer ideas and getting critiques about our system. We will continue to keep building with your help and input.

Due to the limitless capabilities of the Adilas software system, and our code always being improved upon, we are still adding finishing touches to the MVP. The core of the code and product is there and completed. It's ready for use right now.

Thinking futuristically, the terms value add-on core are other layers (on top of the existing core) that we are planning on adding to the system. Imagine the center or core of a world. Once that core exists, you can add new layers on top of that core. Here is a small list of the layers that we would like to add to our existing transactional business core. Some of these are already in progress...

1. Transactional core level - the current Adilas system
2. Industry specific skins level
3. Custom code level
4. Business intelligence level
5. Enterprise level

Underneath the overarching structure of Adilas are several sub entities and departments, similar to the idea of a jellyfish, with one body and many tentacles.

Without getting into crazy depths... the Adilas system creates several byproducts and services that are needed. Each of these virtual or real byproducts could be its own department. The departments include things like: Setup & Training; Monthly Recurring Service; Sales & Marketing; Admin; Tech Support; Design; Custom Code; Consulting; R & D (research and development); Project Management; Internal Development & Maintenance; and Databases, Networks, Servers, & IT.

Beyond these main departments, Adilas has created a number of sub entities to help provide help and support for our user community. They are entities such as Adilas University, Adilas Marketplace, and Adilas Cafe/Community or Adilas World.

One project currently in the works is the Adilas Cafe, a website that will function as a virtual social hub for the entire Adilas community. The goal is to create an online location to streamline efficiency and pave the way for social interactions.

Although the Adilas Cafe is not a physical cafe, it will be a place of connection, communication, and association, as if everyone who uses Adilas could all sit down together to share a table, laughs, and some good food. Thus, the cafe metaphor.

Within the Cafe will be all things Adilas, a portal for working, buying and selling products/services, experimenting on demo sites, training and education, and participating in Adilas community activities, to name a few functions. Each user can choose what they'd like to participate in.

The Adilas community includes normal users, power users, clients, people offering professional services, vendors, investors, and other third party entities.

When work on the Adilas Cafe is completed, all of these groups of community members will enter the Adilas Cafe to participate in their respective interactions. Again, a virtual social hub for the entire Adilas community.

Adilas University is a training and education site/program for learning how to successfully utilize the features of Adilas.

The Adilas application stands like a three legged stool with the legs being: 1. the system and its features; 2. the users and clients; and 3. training to get the most out of the tools offered. Adilas has spent extensive amounts of time building new pieces and features that are proficient in an immense variety of functions. The system has amazing capacity! Building education and training programs to match the substantial selection of functions has not been wholly completed yet, due to the wide amount of features available.

Training does exist, but has mainly been accomplished by independent reps working with clients to help them use the system. In order for the Adilas application to become more widely usable, it will require placing focus on the education and training aspect of the three legged stool so we can create an equal balance.

The Adilas University project will end up covering both internal and external training options to fit the growing needs and wants of the Adilas community. Our plan is to create this Adilas University website/program as the place to come for all training needs, that way training processes can be refined, simplified, and be presented consistently.

Adilas University will assist with organizing and categorizing topics, coordinating live training events, virtual events, providing industry specific assistance video tutorials, sharing SOPs (standard operating procedures), and more. The above list is just a small sample of what this project will contain. Tons of potential and depth.

Over the years, since 2001, when Adilas was created, we have been building numerous different versions on top of that original core.

Now that we can better see where we are going and what is possible, we would like to restructure everything in order to be ready to handle the next years and versions of Adilas. This will be an intentional, purposeful, and planned re-write. The old code will continue existing and functioning while we chip away at creating new code, but eventually it will all be redone into a completely new version. The terms "Adilas Lite" and "Fracture" are the internal labels (virtual code words or code phrases) we have used to talk about these upcoming changes.

Adilas, as a system, has so many features that it can sometimes seem like trying to navigate a mountain range. With Adilas Lite's polished level of controls, we will be able to show parts of the mountain without seeing the whole mountain range all at once. This means these new projects will be able to change the level of perception and allow it to be more easily digestible. The system will still have mountains of functionality that it operates on, but with Adilas Lite, it will be possible to show and hide the so-called mountains to whatever level is comfortable to the user. Kinda like an iceberg, just showing the tip of what's really there.

Everything will be scalable, configurable, and customizable. Imagine being able to toggle on/off almost anything in the system, set up your own processes and flow, and show only what you want to, based on this new modular design. This is one of our biggest dreams for how we want to help you, our clients.

We want to build a community and third party marketplace, where people can buy and sell products and services to enrich and enhance their business. The Adilas Marketplace will be a place for locating outside resources to help your business grow and thrive.

We have been servicing the Adilas application for over 20+ years. Through the years we have seen that Adilas creates a number of byproducts as it functions, such as: bookkeeping, data entry, consulting, design, custom code, project management, marketing, hardware, etc. Third parties in the Adilas Marketplace will be able to assist with servicing additional client needs and wants that come as a result of Adilas' virtual byproducts.

The services we offer automatically create a multitude of other opportunities and services that can readily be paired with our product. The Adilas Marketplace will provide central connections to outside parties who can help with business needs we don't yet cover, ensuring exceptional service for all of our clientele's desires. This marketplace project has so much great potential!

Since the beginning, Adilas has been adding new code and abilities, growing feature after feature and layer upon layer to become what it is today.

Each and every day we add more functionality and fine tune the existing processes. Our team is always brainstorming and trystorming new tools and methods to be integrated into the system.

We intend to keep moving forward and making progress, constantly snowballing toward higher productivity and efficiency. We have many great plans for the future of Adilas, and we are honored to have the involvement of our clients as we dream up the endless possibilities. The more input we receive from our customers and clients, the more we create tools to solve individual client needs, the more we are working on making those tools available to everyone.

The entire Adilas project began as an experiment. Originally the goal was "Can we?". After years of successfully seeing that we can, the goal has changed to "How?". How can we help our clients accomplish their dreams and goals by providing an easier and more effective solution?

We are in the process of creating an Adilas community, where all ideas and input are welcome. Our hope for the in progress/future projects is to consolidate our business plans into one place for convenient viewing.

The centralized location will include: our mission statement, funding options and plans, repayment plans, creative documents, technical documents, sales and marketing plans, profit sharing, budgets, timelines, prototyping, research and development, investment opportunities, SWOT analysis (strengths/weaknesses/opportunities/threats), and more. We love helping people succeed in their business ventures!
