To our valued customers:

We wanted to let you know what happened on Wednesday, May 3 and apologize for the interruption. We experienced a downtime on all of our servers due to a technical issue at one of our server farm’s data centers.

We are actively pursuing and have plans to migrate to new hardware at a different data center as soon as it becomes available. We will update you as soon as we have more information and a timeframe.
