We, here at Adilas, offer our most sincere apologies for the interruption of service we experienced on Wednesday, October 13th, 2021. Unfortunately, the issue was an ISP routing problem about “two waterfalls” upstream from our servers and the outage was out of our control. Our team of dedicated professionals was on top of the issue and worked diligently at communicating with our primary server farm to achieve a resolution.
Here is an explanation from one of our Systems and Network Administrator/Developer to help clarify any questions: “The Adilas team was aware of the outage instantly and was proactively monitoring and communicating with our representatives at Hostek, the support staff at Hurricane Electric, and all other necessary points in the chain to help resolve the issue as fast as possible. The Hostek support staff was informed of a ROUTING issue at Hurricane Electrics data transfer centers. Hurricane Electric provides a backbone for Internet Service Providers to connect across large geographical distances (States, Countries, and Continents). The network engineers at Hurricane Electric were performing routing changes. Something unexpected occurred, impacting numerous Internet Service Providers.”
We run Adilas on Adilas.biz so we can understand the frustration of all of our customers. This downtime certainly wasn’t expected, and unfortunately, that is the nature of the “internet beast” we have all come to rely so heavily upon. We hope that this helps explain the error that occurred outside of our grasp. We do apologize for the interruption that this caused to your business. Please contact us if you have any further questions.
Thank you for choosing https://www.adilas.biz. We truly appreciate your business. As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at 720-740-3076 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
